- Refund Policy - 

Order Adjustments during Holiday Season: Due to the high volume of orders during holiday seasons, changes and on-site cancellations are not guaranteed and may not be feasible.

Returns and Refunds:

Policy on Used Wet Line and Accessory Line: For safety and hygiene reasons, as per regional health laws, we cannot accept returns on our entire accessory line and wet line once the item has been opened, used, or worn. We apologize for the strictness of this policy, but it is necessary to maintain the safety and hygienic integrity of our products for all customers.

Policy on Unused Wet Line and Accessory Line: Unused items from both the wet and accessory lines can be returned within 7 days for both online orders and wholesale. A 25% restocking fee will be added to wholesale returns, which will be deducted automatically from your refund. Reshipment costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer. Damaged Items: We will replace or refund any products that contain physical container damage, bottle defects, defects in the label, or appearance of the product itself. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving online orders and 72 hours for wholesale orders. We require actual photos of the damaged products to process a replacement or refund. Please email claims with proper documentation to contact@yatustyling.com

Missing Items: If you are missing an item from your shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving online orders and 72 hours for wholesale orders. We will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. We require actual photos of the entire shipment received, along with the shipment box (for online orders) or pallets (for wholesale orders), to compare with our system. Without proper documentation, we cannot replace missing item(s). Please email claims with proper documentation to contact@yatustyling.com

Refunds: Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us and inspected.

Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and may result in the client being put on the no-sell list.

Please always contact us first, as most issues can be resolved easily. All items are shipped safely to ensure safe arrival. If there are any issues, please email us and we will work with you. Each case is handled individually.

All orders are documented and photographed prior to shipping to prevent fraudulent claims.
